Gong Xi Buku

In conjunction with Chinese New Year and World Book Giving Day 2018, Kota Buku presents Gong Xi Buku! At this even there will be a film screening of a Mandarin movie Love From Kampung, and a book exchange session. Everyone must bring a book to exchange – worn, new, big, small or in whatever genre – to the event. This is great for fellow bookworms to meet one another!

Malaysia Thailand Halal Food Festival

Place: Kompleks Muhibbah, Taman Sri Bolton, Gombak

This annual event features all the best Thai and Malaysian food for you to feast on. This way you can taste a little bit of Thailand without having to leave the country! While you’re there, try the kerabu ayam ori Chiang Mai and aiskrim kelapa ori Songkla. I swear you’ll be coming back for more!
