Publika is organising ‘Sama-Sama Bon Odori’ in conjunction with Malaysia and Japan’s 60 Years Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations. Happening at The Square, ‘Sama-Sama Bon Odori’ will be a fun-filled celebration of the two nations coming together with a plethora of activities planned such as, a parade to kickstart the event, followed by a fusion of cultural performances, art and food stalls, and fireworks at the end.

House Of Vans Kuala Lumpur

Vans, the original action sports brand rooted in art, music and street culture, is organizing a House of Vans Kuala Lumpur. The event will be marked with special live performances from Hujan, Dirgahayu and Zamaera. The local skateboarding community will participate in the Vans Stoop Series Skateboarding Competition, which will definitely raise the bars among skateboarders in Malaysia.

The celebration will be kicking off with two art workshops that are also scheduled during the event. This includes “Anni Tai” with an embroidery workshop and a silk screen printing workshop by Dirty Donuts. For all the Vans waffle lovers, there will also be an exhibition showcasing the history of Authentic curated by Juergen from SkateboardMuseum, Berlin.

Japanese Language Class by A To Z Language Center
